Operation Kitty Hawk Launched

news alert

London, UK - 17 December 2003, 21:35 GMT - mi2g celebrates 100 years to the day of powered flight and salutes the daring American inventors Orville and Wilbur Wright. Their first experimental flight at Kitty Hawk in North Carolina remains truly inspirational to all entrepreneurs, visionaries, engineers and scientists around the world.

mi2g has derived continuous inspiration from the Wright brothers' strength of character and their qualities of discipline, persistence, optimism and imagination. Those same qualities have helped us to conclude phase one of our next generation electronic banking project - D2 Banking™ - on 17th December 2003 after nearly eight years, fondly referred to as "Operation Kitty Hawk."

"This is a special day and we also make our Kitty Hawk promise on this day to invent extraordinarily for the benefit of all mankind,"
said DK Matai, Executive Chairman, mi2g. "Before the end of this decade every individual around the world will have the convenience and guaranteed security of one stop D2 Banking, which will become second nature to its customers as they enjoy the ability to store and access data and finances from anywhere at anytime without fear of being hacked or plagued by malicious software."

The Executive Summary of D2 Banking™ is available in pdf format from here.
