analysts
Research and analysis of a specialist industry such as on-line banking or
insurance. Applicants must have a professional qualification in the field
in which they propose to do research.
business development managers
Undertaking Competition Analysis, understanding the client's business requirement
and evolving a marketing strategy for mi2g planning services, eCommerce
design solutions, eBusiness promotion and Virtual Reality brochures. Creating
strategic partnerships with key companies. Exposure to management training
is useful and enthusiasm for the internet is essential.
designers
Able to work in a variety of styles and media. Ability to produce high-quality
original artwork and design whilst understanding the rigours of compression
and file size is essential. Familiarity with animation, audio and video integration
would be useful.
programmers
Attention to detail beginning with user interface design. Fluency in the latest
HTML and XML standards. Knowledge of HTML authoring packages and web site
environments/security layers/OS useful. Software package experience must include
either Corel Draw or Adobe Photoshop. Windows or Linux operating system familiarity
essential. VRML, Java, CGI also useful.
internships
We recognise that adequate commercial experience is a crucial asset for
all graduates and are keen to provide students with the best possible opportunities.
To this end we offer internships and liase with several European univesities
to offer student work placement schemes within mi2g. Participating
students are given extensive support and career guidance while working at
mi2g and can expect to take on responsibility early.
