MyDoom crosses $850 Million in damages;

London, UK - 27 January 2004, 15:00 GMT - The MyDoom email virus and Trojan Horse malware is spreading swiftly across the globe and has climbed to become the 14th worst malware of all time in less than one day according to the mi2g Intelligence Unit. As reports of mass infections filter through, MyDoom is estimated to have caused over $850 million of economic damage worldwide so far in terms of business interruption and productivity losses.
