Our client was a large multi-billion Dollar financial services group headquartered
in North America.
The Business Challenge
Our client consisted of many subsidiary companies offering services and products
across the insurance industry and with operations across the globe. As part
of our client's directive, each subsidiary company needed to cut operational
costs by automating their processes. mi2g were asked to manage this
major initiative working closely with the individual companies, to Programme
Manage the design, build, implementation and change management phases of the
various projects including the MetaPortal, Risk Vault, Broker Portal, Intranet
and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). mi2g's SMART-Sourcing methodology
in partnership with several major offshore suppliers, provide an onsite/offshore
virtual team approach to provide secure digitisation services for global companies
to gain huge advantages in cost, quality, resource concentration and, thereby,
minimise project risk.
Our SMART-Sourcing Strategy
mi2g targeted all the issues of the clients by working across time
zones, utilising multiple suppliers, budgets and coordinating simultaneous
